​​PSS Arms will gladly facilitate firearms transfers from Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealers. 

Please read the information below carefully to ensure a quick and smooth transfer:

1. E-mail                                     with the transferring FFL E-Mail along with your contact information (including E-Mail address and phone number).

2.  We will respond to the transferring dealer promptly and exchange necessary information for the transfer.

3.  Bring with you:

    -A Valid State issued Identification Card      (showing current address)

   -North Carolina Concealed Carry Permit

    -OR-

    -County issued Permit to Purchase (Pistol Permit)

this information will allow us to initiate a background check.

4.  Fees associated with this transfer : $35 (Title I) and $100 (Title II). 

5.  Once the background check is complete and we have received your payment, the firearm will then be transferred to you.
